Agency workflow, not just another CV database

Running an agency is a workflow problem: submittals, sub-vendors, contracts, duplicates and a client who wants an update. Higher Orbit puts all of it in one system, so a two-person firm can present like an established one — and you keep your name on the process.

What it’s worth

Questions people ask

What does Higher Orbit cost an agency?

Your first client, three submittals a month and 100 welcome credits are free. The Agency plan is ₹1,499 per recruiter a month (10 clients, 3 sub-vendors, unlimited submittal pages, vendor portal, contract vault, 500 credits per recruiter), and Network at ₹4,999 a month removes the limits and adds placement and fee tracking.

How do client submittals work?

You shortlist candidates for a client and send a single link. It opens a read-only, dated page — no login, no attachments — showing exactly the candidates and detail you chose to share. Your client can review it on a phone and reply, instead of asking you to resend a ZIP.

Can I manage sub-vendors through the platform?

Yes. Each sub-vendor gets their own portal login and submits against the specific role you open to them. Duplicate CVs are caught automatically on a first-submitter-wins basis, so ownership of a candidate is never an argument.

Does my CV bank get reused across clients?

Your pool is yours, and it is scored against every client role you are working on. A CV you paid to process in March can earn again in December without being re-uploaded or re-parsed.

What do I tell a client who asks about data protection?

That consent is captured from the candidate in versioned wording, that every consent and share is logged, and that your agency accepts a Candidate Data Agreement which requires you to pass the same terms on to your client — the flow-down that the GDPR and India's DPDP Act expect. The detail is in our Privacy Policy, which you can send them.

Will candidates or clients see that I use Higher Orbit?

Assessments, fitment reports and submittals are presented as your work — the platform runs underneath. On the Network plan your logo sits on the client-facing pages.
