Our thinking

Why Higher Orbit

Recruitment did not get harder because there are fewer people or fewer jobs. It got harder because the tools in the middle were never built for the job. This is what we think, and what we are building instead.

In our words

What we believe

Higher Orbit is built ground-up as an AI-native fully integrated job portal and recruitment platform, powered by a combination of advanced Indian and global Agentic AI models. By leveraging the unique strengths of multiple AI models, we reimagine the entire recruitment workflow—not simply adding AI as a layer onto legacy systems.

Our goal is simple: get the right talent and the right opportunity together, right from the first interaction—saving time, effort and uncertainty for everyone involved.

We are creating a level playing field where every employer, regardless of size or location, can access the right talent, and every candidate can discover the right opportunity, regardless of where they are.

Because talent should meet opportunity wherever it exists.

Higher Orbit. Where Ambition Goes Further.

AI-native, not AI-added

One product from job post to hire: the CV is read into structured data, scored against the role in context, assessed on video and moved through a pipeline you named. No joins left to a spreadsheet.

See how it works

Video assessment in multiple Indian languages

A candidate answers the video assessment in the language they are comfortable in, read aloud in a native voice, and the recruiter scores an English translation beside the original. Same questions, same standard — and more languages are being added.

What it costs

Consent-driven by design

Every CV, every recording and every credit is accounted for against a role and a person, built for India’s DPDP Act, 2023 and the GDPR — not retrofitted after the fact.

Questions people ask

What does "AI-native" actually mean here?

It means the AI is the system, not a feature inside it. The CV is read into structured data on upload, scored against the role in context, assessed on video in the language the candidate is comfortable in, and moved through a pipeline you named — one product, one record per person. Bolting an AI screen onto a job board plus an ATS plus a spreadsheet leaves the joins to you, which is where hiring actually leaks.

Which AI models does Higher Orbit use?

Several, chosen per job. Leading Indian and global agentic models are orchestrated so each step uses the one that is strongest at it — parsing, reasoning about fit, translation, native-voice read-out for video assessment in multiple Indian languages, transcription and summarising. No single model is best at all of them, and tying the product to one would date it.

What do you mean by a level playing field for employers?

A growing business in a Tier II city should be able to reach the same talent as a global enterprise in a metro, and pay for what it uses rather than a seat licence and an annual contract. That is why job posts, keyword matching and the whole pipeline are free, and you spend a credit only when the AI does work worth paying for.

Is this live, and who can use it today?

Higher Orbit is in invite-only alpha. Job seekers can sign up and apply free; companies and recruitment agencies join as we open seats, with 100 welcome credits on the house. Ask for early access and we will come back to you.

Hire on the same terms as anyone else

Post the role free, bring your own CVs, and pay only when the AI does work worth paying for. 100 welcome credits when a company account opens; job seekers never pay.
